    What types of translations do you provide?

    We provide professional translations for business (legal, financial), product information and marketing documents. Some personal documents may also be accepted for translation (informational use only).

    I am outside Singapore, can I order from you?

    Yes, our services are 100% online and many clients are based outside Singapore.

    What are the languages supported?

    We support most languages, a full list of languages we support can be found here.

    What is the costs for translation?

    To get a confirm quote, please email us the finalised documents required for translation.

    How long does it take?

    Email delivery for most small requests are ready within 1-2 business days. To get an estimate, please contact us here.

    How are the translations delivered?

    All translations are delivered by email only. We are no longer providing notarised translation or personal document translations that require hard copy by post.

    Do you have a walk-in office?

    We no longer provide walk-in services as 100% of the translations we provide are now delivered by email.

    What are your operating hours?

    Monday - Friday (10am-5pm)
    Limited email support for after-hours, Public Holidays, Saturday and Sunday.

    I have not received the translations after many days, what should I do?

    Please check your email junk folder first, before emailing us to enquire about the status of your project. If you have a junk folder that auto-deletes email, you can request for us to resend the ecopy of the translations to you within the same calendar year.

    Do I need notarisation?

    For ICA submission, the translations need to be notarised by a local notary public (lawyer / law firm) and authenticated by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL). Please note we are no longer providing (notarised) translations for ICA submission purposes.

    Do you provide same-day translations?

    Whilst it is possible, we do not provide a deadline or timeline guarantee for legal reasons.

    Do you provide refunds?

    If the request has not been assigned to a translator, a full refund is possible. But once the request has been assigned, we do not provide refunds.

    Can you translate for multiple languages?

    Yes, we will be pleased to assist with multi-lingual project requirements. We also provide desktop publishing services (DTP / Typeset) for multiple languages, this is especially useful if you have a (designed) brochure needing translation for various languages. Many design and print shops dp not have the right expertise for language typeset.

    How do I make payment?

    Payment can be made by bank transfer or securely by credit card through our online payment provider Stripe. Instructions will be given in the quote email.
