    Do you provide translation services for immigration?

    We no longer provide immigration document translation (ICA-related) in Singapore, but if you require certified translation for immigration to overseas (USA, Australia), we're able to help.

    Do you have a walk-in office?

    All our services are online-based. Our operations are based in Australia, where there is a minimal time-difference with Singapore.

    How are the translations delivered?

    All translations are delivered by email only if you're based in Singapore.

    What types of translations do you provide?

    We provide professional technical translation services, legal and financial translation services, product information translation, and marketing translation for brochures.

    How long does the translation take?

    Email delivery for most small requests are ready within 1-2 business days. To get an estimate, please contact us here.

    What are your operating hours?

    Monday - Friday (10am-5pm)
    Limited email support for after-hours, Public Holidays, Saturday and Sunday.

    Do I need notarisation?

    For ICA submission, the translations need to be notarised by a local notary public (lawyer / law firm) and authenticated by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL). Please note we are no longer providing (notarised) translations for ICA submission purposes.

    Can you translate for multiple languages?

    Yes, we are experts in desktop publishing services (DTP / Typeset) for multiple languages, this is especially useful if you have a (designed) brochures needing translation into various languages. Many design and print shops dp not have the right expertise for language typeset.
