We do not provide certified translation for immigration use in Singapore, where notarisation and SAL authentication is required. However, if you require certified translation for immigration to overseas destinations (USA, Australia), we can help.

How are translations delivered?

All translations are delivered by email. For our automated services (Summary, Chat, Analysis), results are delivered within minutes. For Document Translation by our professional translators, standard turnaround is 1-3 business days.

Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm (SGT). Limited email support is available after hours, on public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Can you translate for multiple languages?

Yes — we support 50+ languages and are experts in desktop publishing (DTP / Typeset) for multi-language projects. This is especially useful for brochures, marketing materials, and product information that need to be translated into several languages simultaneously.

Do you translate brochures and marketing materials?

Yes — we are experts in multilingual translation projects involving design files. We work directly within your original artwork files, including:

  • Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx)
  • PDF layouts

Our translators and typesetters collaborate to ensure correct line breaks, font handling, and spacing for every language — including right-to-left languages like Arabic. We deliver print-ready PDFs with trims and bleed, web-optimised PDFs, and the full artwork package.

For requests involving DTP (layout) work with design elements, please email us directly for a custom quote.

Summary Translation

What is Summary Translation?

Summary Translation extracts and translates the key data points from foreign-language documents into a structured English summary. Instead of translating every word, it identifies and labels names, dates, amounts, obligations, and key terms — giving you the essential information quickly.

When should I use Summary Translation instead of full Document Translation?

Use Summary Translation when you need to:

  • Quickly understand what a foreign-language document says
  • Screen documents before deciding if a full translation is needed
  • Extract specific data points (account numbers, dates, amounts) from bank statements, payslips, or contracts
  • Process multiple documents efficiently at a lower cost than full translation

It's popular with mortgage brokers reviewing foreign payslips, employers checking overseas credentials, and landlords reviewing tenancy documents.

How much does Summary Translation cost?

SGD $15 per page. Results are delivered to your email within minutes.

Chat Translation

What is Chat Translation?

Chat Translation converts screenshots from messaging apps — WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, Telegram, Messenger — into a professionally formatted bubble-chat PDF with translations alongside the original messages. Sender names, timestamps, and conversation flow are preserved.

Why would I need Chat Translation?

Chat Translation is useful when you need to:

  • Understand business conversations with international suppliers or clients
  • Document translated chat evidence for legal or dispute resolution purposes
  • Share translated conversations with colleagues who don't speak the language
  • Keep a record of important multilingual communications
What screenshots formats are accepted?

PNG, JPG, and WEBP images. Use full phone screenshots (don't crop), keep them in portrait orientation, and upload unedited originals for the best results. Up to 200 screenshots per order.

How much does Chat Translation cost?

SGD $5 per screenshot. Results are delivered to your email within minutes as a formatted PDF.

Document Analysis

What is Document Analysis?

Document Analysis provides a plain-English breakdown of legal and business documents. Every clause is explained, obligations are mapped to each party, unusual or one-sided terms are flagged as risks, and critical dates, deadlines, and financial terms are highlighted. A legal jargon glossary is included.

Why would I need Document Analysis?

Document Analysis helps you:

  • Understand a contract, lease, or agreement before signing
  • Identify risks and one-sided clauses in employment contracts or NDAs
  • Get a quick overview of key obligations and deadlines
  • Prepare for legal discussions with a clear understanding of the document

It's popular with business owners reviewing contracts, tenants checking lease agreements, and professionals evaluating employment terms.

Is Document Analysis the same as legal advice?

No. Document Analysis is for personal informational use only. It does not constitute legal advice and does not create a solicitor-client relationship. Always obtain independent legal advice from a qualified professional before acting on any legal document.

How much does Document Analysis cost?

SGD $13 per page. Results are delivered to your email within minutes.
